Creating a sustainable and stable future for our employees and our business partners is our daily commitment to ourselves. We strive to lead by example and have joined the “Responsible Jewellery Council” (RJC) organization. We conduct our business activities in accordance with the provisions of the “Code of Practice”. Together, we work towards responsible and fair trade in precious metals and diamonds.
This means for us and our business partners:
Compliance with the existing general laws, in particular with regard to:
- VAT fraud
- Anti-money laundering
- Anti-corruption
- Occupational and environmental protection
- Compliance with minimum wage requirements
Commitment to comply with the fundamental principles of business ethics, in particular:
- Attention to any kind of human rights
- Condemnation of all forms of human trafficking
- Zero tolerance for child labor and exploitation
- Zero tolerance for any form of discrimination
- Protection of the right to freedom of expression and freedom of association
- Tolerance towards other cultures
Active promotion of environmental and health protection.
Laws regarding these two areas (water, waste, emissions, occupational safety, etc.) must be strictly observed.
- Resources (energy, water, etc.) must be conserved. In general, the impact on the environment must be kept as low as possible.
- Living up to social responsibility by safeguarding jobs and ensuring fair pay.
We place high demands on the quality of our raw materials, which is why our suppliers must prove that the precious metals and diamonds we use originate from ethically sound working conditions and have been mined and produced in conflict-free regions.
When purchasing diamonds and gemstones, we explicitly ensure that the strict UN resolution is complied with.
Our wedding rings are manufactured in Pohlheim, Hesse. Combined with certified and trusted suppliers, we create a solid foundation for a transparent supply chain.
Commitment to the community and support for local social projects is an important contribution for us and is part of our company policy.
