Facebook Custom Audience
Facebook Custom Audience is a service of
Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square Dublin 2, Ireland. This service enables us to group visitors to our website into different target audiences depending on their behavior on our website. In order to measure visitors and recognize them again on Facebook, a Facebook Custom Audience Pixel is first created and integrated into our website. This pixel marks the users of the site and thus ensures that Facebook can recognize these people again within its own network. This works via the cross-device Facebook User ID.
The data processing by Facebook is carried out in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy. https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy
Facebook Connect
If you are registered and logged in to Facebook, the Facebook Connect service will establish a connection between our website and Facebook when you visit our website. This connection is established solely for measurement purposes in relation to “10.4 Facebook Custom Audience.” Please note that the data protection and terms of use of Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) apply to your Facebook account.

Social plug-ins
Our website uses social plug-ins (“plug-ins”) from various social networks. These plug-ins allow you, for example, to share content or recommend products. The plug-ins are activated by default on 123gold.de.
If these plug-ins are activated, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network as soon as you access a page of our website. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly from the social network to your browser and integrated by it into the webpage.
By integrating the plug-ins, the social network receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to the social network, it can assign your visit to your account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by clicking the Facebook "Like" button or leaving a comment, the relevant information is transmitted directly from your browser to the social network and stored there.
For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by social networks, as well as your rights in this regard and options for settings to protect your privacy, please refer to the privacy notices of the respective networks or websites. You can find the relevant links further below.
Even if you are not registered with social networks, websites with active social plug-ins can send data to those networks. An active plug-in sets a cookie with an identifier each time the website is accessed. Since your browser automatically sends this cookie with every connection to a network server, the network could in principle create a profile of which websites were visited by the user associated with that identifier. It would also be quite possible to later assign this identifier to a specific person, for example when that person subsequently logs in to the social network.
On our websites we use the following plugins: Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest
If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via active plug-ins, you can either simply deactivate the social plug-ins on our websites with one click, or select the “Block third-party cookies” function in your browser settings. In that case, the browser will not send any cookies to the server for embedded content from other providers. However, with this setting, other cross-site functions may no longer work in addition to the plug-ins.
We use plug-ins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). You can find the link to Facebook’s privacy policy here
