Exquisite precious metals

The best materials at a glance As a symbol of eternity and a visible sign of the love and bond between two people, wedding rings have a fundamental and highly emotional significance. But in order for them to truly bring joy for a lifetime and preserve their beauty in the long term, many factors play a role. A key component here is the material. This is a good reason why Rubin relies exclusively on the finest precious metals.

Platinum

Platinum

Wedding rings made of platinum are particularly exquisite. It is no coincidence that the rare platinum, with its noble sheen and fine tactile feel, is often referred to as the king of white precious metals. The advantages of platinum, with its moon-bright color and unique color fastness, are compelling. Platinum is especially resistant, does not wear away, and holds gemstones extremely securely. Thanks to its hypoallergenic properties, it is also ideally suited for allergy sufferers. Rubin offers two different platinum alloys: the exclusive and particularly pure 950/- platinum as well as the more affordable 600/- platinum. Due to its high density, it also has a uniquely distinctive feel that is immediately noticeable.

White gold and grey gold

White gold and grey gold

Wedding rings made of white gold and grey gold are very popular today. The basic principle applies: the higher the gold content, the more valuable the rings. Unfortunately, inferior metals such as nickel or manganese are increasingly being mixed into alloys nowadays. It is therefore extremely important to pay attention to reliable quality when buying wedding rings. Rubin offers this, as all alloys are nickel-free and thus perfectly suitable for allergy sufferers. At Rubin, white gold and grey gold are alloyed with a high palladium content. The lighter, radiant white gold is created by an additional galvanically applied rhodium layer on the grey gold and is available at Rubin in alloys from 333/- to 750/-.

yellow gold

yellow gold

A beautiful classic with great symbolic value are wedding rings made of yellow gold. After all, the radiant shine of this striking gold tone has been considered the epitome of fame, power and love since time immemorial. Rubin impresses with an especially wide range of possible alloys. Whether 333/-, 375/-, 585/-, 750/- or even 916/-, the choice is entirely up to personal taste and budget. As always, the general rule also applies to yellow gold: the higher the gold content, the more intense the color of the gold and the more valuable the wedding rings.

rose gold

rose gold

The warm sheen of rose gold flatters every skin tone and appears pleasantly understated. Anyone who prefers an overall slightly more subtle look will therefore enjoy elegant rose gold wedding rings for a lifetime. The soft gold tone is created by adding copper. If the copper content in the gold alloy is slightly increased, you obtain rose gold, which is sometimes also referred to as medium gold or apricot gold. Rubin offers this sought-after gold tone in 375/-, 585/- and 750/- alloys. And here too, the simple equation applies: as the gold content increases, so do the quality and value of the wedding rings.

If the copper content in the gold alloy is increased, intense rose gold is created. This expressive rose gold is preferably used in our regions as an attractive contrast color in combination with other gold tones. In Eastern Europe, on the other hand, rose gold is in fact generally the most popular alloy. Rubin offers wedding rings in rose gold in the alloys 333/-, 375/-, 585/- and 750/-. Here, too, the gold content has a direct impact on the quality and value of the wedding rings.

Dark grey gold

Dark grey gold

Exceptionally rare and unusually beautiful, wedding rings made of dark grey gold have a striking effect. This distinctive gold color fuels creativity and is available in unusual designs with captivating combinations of light and dark gold. Rubin offers the impressive new gold color dark grey gold in 375/- and 585/- alloys.

Palladium

Palladium

The independent white precious metal palladium belongs to the platinum group and is often referred to as the little brother of platinum. Lighter and more affordable than platinum, it impresses with many similarly positive properties. Palladium is also very hard, durable and colorfast. In addition, like platinum, it does not wear down and offers excellent wearing comfort. Rubin manufactures wedding rings made of palladium in the premium 950/- alloy and in the more affordable 585/- version. The latter offers high quality standards at an entry-level price. However, the following also applies here: the higher the palladium content, the more valuable the rings.

Peach Gold

Peach Gold

The fresh tone of peach is a stunning color that flatters the skin. The new gold hue is impressively bright and yet as subtle as it is delicate. The peach gold alloy is created by adding palladium, which shines more brightly than silver. Together with a high proportion of copper, this results in a warm tone that can be wonderfully combined with diamonds. The higher the gold content of the alloy, the more valuable the wedding rings.
