Rubin Goldschmuck GmbH has established this complaints procedure in order to learn about concerns regarding circumstances in the supply chain.

Filing a complaint has no negative consequences for the person submitting it and does not entail any retaliatory measures.

If we receive a complaint, we will make every effort to address it:

  • to prepare a detailed report on the complaint
  • to explain our complaints procedure
  • to decide who internally is the appropriate person to handle the complaint, or to help forward the complaint to another body, e.g. to the supplier concerned or to a competent authority;
  • where the issue can be handled internally, obtain further information where this is possible and appropriate;
  • determine all measures we need to take to clarify the situation
  • to inform the complainant of all decisions or outcomes; and
  • To keep records of the complaints received and the internal process followed for at least five years.
